JFK School Council Members Needed

The JFK School Council is looking for new members. The Council is an advisory group co-chaired by the Principal and a parent as elected by the council. The council meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at 5 pm.  Please submit a letter of interest to the JFK PTO by emailing jfkmspto@gmail.com or submitting your name and contact info to the mailbox at school by Monday, Sept 25th. The PTO may hold elections to the council at the School Open House on Thursday, September 28th, depending on interest.

This is a great way to learn about what’s going on day-to-day at JFK. Council members provide valuable input to administration and staff. The time commitment is only two hours a month. This an opportunity for parents and guardians to get involved and support their school community. 6th grade parents are especially welcome.
