JFK PTO Update – February 2, 2017
WE NEED YOUR HELP! 6th Grade Dance Friday 2/3/17
Is your 6th grader planning to go to the dance their grade won for their work on the magazine drive? The dance will be Friday 2/3/17 from 2:30-4:30 in the cafeteria at JFK. The dance includes a DJ, games and activities, a selfie photo corner, snacks and drinks. It is free for students.
How you can help:
· Parent volunteers are needed to chaperone the dance
· Snacks and drink donations are welcomed

JFK Theatre Workshop Play
The JFK Theatre Workshop is producing their play, "Sally Cotter and the Censored Stone", on Thursday, February 16 at 6:30 pm in the JFK Cafetorium. To make a fun family night out even better, the JFK After School Program Directors are hosting a dinner beforehand, at 5:30 pm. Please see the attached invitation. CLICK HERE.
SOCA (Students of Color Alliance) Care Packages for Refugees
The SOCA is collecting items for refugee families through February 7th. There are collection boxes in the main office, Room 201, the library and the cafeteria. Please see the list of items on the school-wide flyer. CLICK HERE.
